Refills on Medications that are controlled substances | Medications such as adderall, vyvanse, metadate, ritalin, concerta, xanax, valium, lorazepam, ativan .....etc. Please email me or text with the information as listed above. A response will be sent to you on who is covering for me, how to make an appointment. This person is located in Edgewood and is available Tues and Wed only. You will need to take your insurance card with you and fill out paperwork. She will schedule you for a short appointment so you can get your medications refilled on Tuesdays or Wednesdays only. If you are in Mountainair and your child attends Mountainair schools please see Linda Philipi she will schedule you with the Nurse Practitioner in the Mustang Health Center. A third option might be for you to take your prescription bottle or a print out from your pharmacy for the medication you want to be refilled to your primary care doctor. He or she may refill the script for one week to cover while I am unavailable. |
